Former lead singer/songwriter of "The Wolfe Tones" Derek Warfield has had phenomenal success in Irish Music for forty years.  He's had best-selling albums, number one hits (including the #1 song of all time, by the BBC), television appearances and now leads a group of extremely talented Irish musicians who have won numerous awards for their skills...The Young Wolfe Tones.  Just last year Derek and his 4 piece band were nominated for best Irish Folk band in Ireland.  They also toured five different countries, performed over 130 gigs,  Derek was interviewed on the Dublin Ireland’s “The Evening Show”...and next year they headline the largest Irish Festival in the U.S!!!   Derek is such a big name in Irish music that he has made famous many of the Irish songs that other bands cover.  It's no wonder that eIrish.com wrote that Derek and TYWT were “Energetic, traditional, great ballads... ....so well played. It’s real Irish music”.

The Mickey Finns have been described as an "Irish Supergroup", PaddyRockRadio has proclaimed them “the BEST Irish Rock trio in the world” and Irish American News declared the Mickey Finn’s latest CD “one of the best Celtic Rock CD’s we have heard in recent memory”.  Combining former lead fiddler of "Lord of the Dance" and 2 former members of the hugely popular Celtic rock band "The Prodigals" (as heard in the Colin Farrell movie Pride and Glory).  Together, the Mickey Finns have fused traditional Irish songs with new and upbeat tempos that have delighted crowds at the Dublin, Chicago, Indianapolis and New York Irish Fests, to name a few.  County Clare native, Ray Kelly, has a whiskey-soaked voice that is as rich and distinctive as any Irish singer today. The fiddle playing of Matt Mancuso has been described by The Irish Voice Newspaper as "genius". Percussionist, Brian Tracey, adds a whirl of exciting rhythms to round out the sound.

With J.P McGinley as the frontman, Wild Eye Rose is going to be an Irish  band to keep an eye on!  Indy’s newest Irish band just formed a couple months ago and are making their Golden Ace debut!   Wild Eye Rose plays Celtic and classic Rock.  From Flogging Molly to John Mellencamp, these high spirited lads will have you clapping along, singing till your voice is gone, dancing till your feet are sore, and still leave you wanting more!  Also special guest, Mary Catherine McGinley will sing an incredible rendition of “Danny Boy”!

Pat Grant is the best Irish tenor in Indiana. His voice is incredible, he sings the Irish songs that we can all sing-a-long to and hits the notes that not all of us can hit.  By the age of twelve, he was singing live on B.B.C., and he has continued to hone his talents throughout the years.  Upon coming to the US, Pat has appeared on stage with such classic artists as Pat O’Brien and Dennis Day.  Pat is a staple of the Golden Ace's St. Patrick's Day Celebration and a treasure to the entire Irish community in Indianapolis.
